About BayTrack Maintenance

BayTrack Maintenance was built by a diesel mechanic who wanted a better way to track inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance — and couldn’t find software that actually fit the job.

Inspections on clipboards. Work orders split between spreadsheets and whiteboards. Preventive maintenance tracked “somewhere” — but never fully reliable.

Instead of forcing real-world work into rigid software, BayTrack was built around how mechanics, technicians, and service writers actually operate day to day.

Built From the Shop Floor Up

BayTrack wasn’t designed in a boardroom. It was shaped by real service calls, real inspections, and real frustration with tools that didn’t connect the dots.

Modern tools — including AI — helped accelerate development, but every feature is grounded in practical experience. If it doesn’t make sense on the shop floor, it doesn’t ship.

Our Approach

🎯 Reliability Over Bloat

Features ship when they’re solid — not half-finished. The goal is software you can trust every day, not a checklist of unused tools.

🛠️ Built for Real Work

Designed for people who actually turn wrenches. Simple enough for technicians, powerful enough for managers and owners.

📣 Feedback-Driven

Early access users help shape what gets built next. Real problems from real shops drive the roadmap.

What BayTrack Covers Today

  • QuickBooks Online integration for invoice export and customer import (one-way)
  • Customer portal for self-service invoice and estimate access

What We're Not Trying to Be

BayTrack is not trying to replace your accounting software or become a full ERP. We integrate with QuickBooks for financials and focus on what we do best: keeping maintenance organized, documented, and billable. Every feature is built to reduce friction in the shop — not to check boxes on a feature list.

Product Status

BayTrack Maintenance is live and in production across all three tiers. Core maintenance, payments, inventory, purchasing, reporting, telematics, compliance tools, and vendor collaboration are all available today.

We're transparent about what's available and what's coming. View the product roadmap or check out pricing to see what's included at each tier.
